H. Dale Sherwood, 59, North Manchester, passed at 11 p.m. Tuesday, June 16, 2015, at Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne.

He was born March 9, 1956, in Salem, Ohio, to William and Josephine Phyllis (Trexler) Sherwood. He married Pamela Eileen Utter. She survives.

Dale was a farmer and worked for Guardian-Carlex Glass of Ligonier. He enjoyed working with animals and trail riding.

He is survived by his wife; daughter: Amber Powers, South Whitely; sons: Scott Powers, Pierceton, Joshua Powers, Rochester; brothers: William Sherwood, Newton Falls, Ohio, Jim Sherwood, Barrington, N.H.; sisters: Charlene Flynn, Stockton, Calif., Sandra Dunn, Bradenton, Fla.
