Leroy R. Olsen, 75, of Warsaw, passed away at 10:36 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2015, in his residence.

A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m. June 19, hosted by the Elks Lodge #802, 301 E. Center St., Warsaw.
