• Amber Lee Wirsing, 23, 519 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $350 cash.
• Heather Jessica Webster, 38, 1711 W. Lake St. Warsaw, arrested for compulsory school attendance violation. Bond: $450 cash.
