At approximately 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 2, emergency personnel were called to Front Street, near the intersection of John Street, Syracuse, for an auto accident.

Injuries were reported.

According to an official at the scene, the driver of a moped struck a curb on and then hit a pole. The driver was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital for injuries.
