At 8:36 a.m. on Saturday, May 30, a two-vehicle accident occurred on SR 14 in Silver Lake near the intersection South CR 850W.

Sadie S. Crabb, 37, Fellowship Drive, North Manchester collided with Megan J. Martin, 26, Cherry Street, Akron.

Sadie sustained serious injury to her leg. She was flown by Samaritan Air to Parkview in Fort Wayne in serious condition.

Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, LifeMed EMS, Department of Natural Resources, and Silver Lake Fire Department assisted at the scene.
