Morris E. Stroup, 69, of Lancaster, Pa., passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2015, at his home. He was the loving husband of Juell E. (Daisy) Stroup.

Born in Teegarden, he was the son of Orville and Lois (Vance) Stroup.

He spent much of his career as a cylinder maker for R. R. Donnelley and after retirement worked for Fisher Auto.

In his spare time, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle and spending time with family.

In addition to his wife: Juell; he is survived by his son: Jim E. (Suzanne) Stroup; daughter: Tamara E. (Breck) McLean; three grandchildren: Zacary; Griffin; and Britney; his brother: James; sisters: Mary Ann Upson; and Delores (Huts) Strang. Also surviving is a large extended family, and friends. He was preceded in death by a sister: Opal Pauline.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 21, at DeBoard Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, Lancaster, Pa. Burial is private and at the convenience of the family. Calling is from 10 a.m. until time of services Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorials go to the Humane League of Lancaster or the Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center.
