The Triton softball team defeated Knox 6-1 Wednesday night.

Hannah Jennings led the way for the host Trojans in the Northern State Conference win. She had three hits, including a home run, and two RBI.

Heather Stichter had a pair of hits, including a two-run double, and drove in three runs for the winners.

Lexee Lemler and Zoee Stephan each had two hits for Triton. Tatum Hargrave added a double for the Trojans.

Brycelyn Garbison pitched all seven innings for the win. She allowed just the one earned run while striking out one and walking one.

Triton hosts Culver Academies on Thursday.
