“This year the golf scramble will be held in memory of Mary Ann Cox,” started Dennis Cripe, Beaman Home board vice president and co-chair of the golf scramble committee. “She was a “founding mother” and longtime supporter of the Beaman Home. You always saw Mary Ann out on the 50/50 hole making sure she got as many donations as possible. The Golf Scramble raises essential funds, which are vital to the operations of the Beaman Home’s emergency shelter and outreach services. Golfers will enjoy a wonderful day out on beautiful South Shore Golf Course while supporting our community’s domestic violence victims and their children. It’s a win-win for everyone!”
Beaman Home has been providing essential services to domestic violence victims and their children by empowering them to live with dignity while breaking the cycle of violence since 1985.
