James M. “Matt” Riewoldt, 59, Etna Green, passed away at 1:12 p.m. Sunday, May 3, 2015, in his residence.

He was born April 3, 1956, in Warsaw to Robert “Bob” and Beverly (Johnson) Riewoldt.

A lifetime Etna Green resident, James was united in marriage to Janet Morris on Dec. 13, 2008, in Etna Green. He was a member of Union Local 150 as a Roller Operator for Rieth-Riley Construction Company for 25 years.

Survivors include his wife: Janet Riewoldt, Etna Green; daughters: Stephanie (spouse Joey) Gonzalez, Plymouth, and Lori (spouse Ben Matthew), Culver; brothers: Chad (companion Armeda Shanefelter) Riewoldt, Warsaw, Pat (spouse Lisa) Riewoldt, Bourbon, John Riewoldt, Warsaw, and Kimm (spouse Amanda) Johnston, Anderson; and a sister: Melissa Hulvey, Seabrook, Texas. In addition, grandchildren: Victoria, Santana, Sophia and Brooklynn Gonzalez and Carson, Connor and Chloe Matthew survive.

A son James Riewoldt and his parents preceded him.

Arrangements are entrusted to McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Private services are scheduled. Interment will be in Etna Green Cemetery.
