Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incident:

8:52 a.m. Thursday, April 30, 200 block West Main Street, Warsaw. Michael S. Galbraith reported identity theft.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

10:33 p.m. Friday, May 1, 2500 block East Center Street, Warsaw. Amber L. Burnworth reported being inappropriately touched by an individual.
2:36 p.m. Friday, May 1, 500 block West 300W, Warsaw. Officials at Kohls reported the theft of jewelry and clothing. Valued: $60.
1:50 p.m. Friday, May 1, 2500 block East Center Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police are investigating a sexual assault that occurred at the Wyndham Gardens Hotel.
