The Whitko girls tennis team collected a 4-1 win over host Tippecanoe Valley Thursday evening.

The Wildcats took both doubles matches to highlight the Three Rivers Conference win.

The duo of Mikayla Finley and Jackie Werstler posted a 6-3, 6-1 doubles win for Whitko. The team of Blair Creamer and Natalie Iholtz note a 6-1, 6-2 win for the Wildcats in doubles play.

Whitko also got singles wins from Delaney Keirn and Morgan Keirn. Delaney had a 6-1, 4-6, 7-6 (7-3) victory and Morgan posted a 6-0, 6-3 win.

Aerin Shewman won in straight sets in singles action for Valley’s point.

Whitko plays at Columbia City Monday. Valley will take part in the Bremen Tournament on Saturday.
