Warsaw Christian School art teacher, Jorie Bail, instructed students in making personalized masks by having students work with a partner to put wet plaster strips on their faces until they dried and hardened into a perfect fit for their individual faces.

After the masks were completely dry, the students trimmed masks to the shape they wanted, smoothed rough edges, enlarged eye holes, added extra features like ears or beaks and then painted and decorated the masks with jewels, feathers, whiskers or other details.

The class also worked together on making six rat masks for their play performed at the Fine Arts Showcase in March.
