Warsaw Camps Helps Warm Up Summer

WARSAW – There will be plenty of athletic options for kids to do with Warsaw Community High School this summer.

The high school is offering several camps for kids to choose from, and spread out throughout the summer.

The Warsaw boys basketball program is offering a Solid Ground camp for grades 1-3 and 4-8 the week of June 8-12.

Baseball is holding a Tiger Summer camp for grades 2-6 and 7-8 the week of June 15-19.

Warsaw’s tennis program is holding three sessions of camps beginning June 9 and running through July 17 for kindergarteners through eighth graders.

A Blue Ribbon Distance camp is being sponsored by the Warsaw track and cross country programs for kids in grades 4-8 June 11.

The Lady Tiger Basketball camp runs June 15-18 for grades 2-3, 4-5 and 6-8 at all skill levels.

Kids in kindergarten through eighth grade are invited to the Tiger Volleyball camp June 22-25.

The Lady Tiger Softball camp will hold sessions for grades 2-5 and 6-8 on June 24-26.

The Tiger Elite Soccer camp runs June 22-26 for two groups, kindergarten through third grade and 4-8.

There will be two golf programs this summer, both the same dates July 6-10. A First Tee Golf program – Snag Golf – and an Intermediate Golf Camp will both be sponsored by the Warsaw golf program and be held at Stonehenge Golf and Country Club.

There will also be three nine-day sessions for the Tiger Swim School Summer lessons, beginning June 8 and running through July 16.
