Neva M. Wiggins, 86, of Milford, died Wednesday morning, April 22, 2015, at Goshen Hospital.

She was born Jan. 9, 1929, in St. Clair County, Port Huron, Mich. Her formative years were spent in Port Huron. She graduated from Port Huron High School in 1947 and then moved to Flint. In 1947 she moved to Shelby, Ohio and later Mansfield, Cleveland and Mentor, Ohio. She returned to Michigan to the Avery Lake – Lewiston area before moving to Texas for three years. Since February 1997, she has made her home at the Lakeland Rehab & Healthcare in Milford.

Surviving relatives include four children: Patricia Moss, Mauriceville Texas; Sidney (Mary) Wiggins, Beaumont Texas; Victor (Ruth) Wiggins, Columbia City; Annette Wiggins, Anchorage, Ark.; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Neva was preceded in death by a son: Wesley Wiggins; a grandson; two brothers: Arthur May and William Mac (Shirley) May; and two sisters: Lucy Procter and Lela Maxon.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 24, at Wawasee Community Bible Church, 2035 East CR 1300N, Milford with visitation from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
