WARSAW – WCHS will host its Athletics Physical Night on Monday, April 20.

The event will take place from 6-8 p.m. in the Career Center Gym at WCHS.

Physicals are available for all elementary, middle school and high school athletes who plan to participate in a sport during the 2015-16 school year.

Athletes must have a completed physical done after April 1. All high school athletes must have their physical form on file in the WCHS Athletic Office by July 1.

Cost of the physical is $25 per person.
