• Clay P. Trammel, 27, 5182 E. Bayview Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a BAC equal to or grater than .15. Bond: $550 cash.
• Brady Lee Shepherd, 119 W. Van Buren Street, Leesburg, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $168.50.
• John Mitchell Uzubell, 34, 9903 N. Fourth of July Ave., Syracuse, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. No bond and $1,000 cash.
