Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incident:

3:26 p.m. Monday, April 13, 9300 block East CR 1050N, Syracuse. An individual reported fraud.
12:37 p.m. Monday, April 13, 7600 block Nottingham Drive, Nappanee. Eric J. Tompos reported that his information had been used to file a false tax return.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

8:23 a.m. Tuesday, April 14, 500 block Clinic Court, Warsaw. A Warsaw city street sign was found at a residence.
