3:58 p.m. Monday, April 13, 401 W. Elm St., Pierceton. Driver: James L. Keck, 61, West Elm Street, Pierceton. Keck was backing out of his driveway colliding with a parked car registered to Delmar B. Otteman, SR 17, Culver. Damage up to $5,000.
