Marilyn Ruth Hennon, 83, of Warsaw, passed away at 5:50 a.m. Sunday, April 5, 2015 at Grace Village Health Care of Winona Lake..
She attended school in Hammond, Indiana. Marilyn had lived in Hammond, Rochester, Bourbon and more recently she was a resident of Kosciusko County, Indiana for the past 6 years. She attended Touch of Life Church in Warsaw, loved crafts, sewing, flowers, cooking and she especially loved her children.
She was born on Oct. 8, 1931 in Hammond to Joseph Earl O’Sullivan and Ruth Elizabeth (Brookman) O’Sullivan. In August of 1989 she was married to Stanley E. Hennon, who also passed away in 1993.
She will be lovingly remembered by her son: Mike (Annette) Ray, Bourbon; three daughters: Michelle Curry, Argos; Melody Barker, Warsaw; Cindy Davis, Haltom City, Texas; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and her sister: Maureen (Richard) Kroslack, Hammond. She was preceded in death by her first husband Robert C. Ray in 1986; her husband Stanley E. Hennon in 1993; and her son-in-law DeWayne Lee Barker Feb. 2, 2015.
Visitation will be held prior to the service from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, April 9, at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw. Her funeral service will follow at 4 p.m. at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home and officiated by Pastor William Whitaker. Burial will follow with a graveside service at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Bourbon.
