Officers with the Warsaw Police Department responded to the following accident:

2:13 p.m. Monday, April 6, North Detroit Street and Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Jay C. Knisely, 73, South SR 205, Columbia City, and Gabriela Perez, 32, East Patterson Road, Warsaw. Knisely proceeded into an intersection while his light was red and was struck by Perez, who had a green light. Damage up to $10,000.
