William R. Imhoff
William R. Imhoff, 65, 20001 Gumwood Road, Argos, passed away at 5a.m. on Saturday April 4, 2015, at his residence.
He was born on March 17, 1950, in Goshen, the son of Ivo and Alma (Ramer) Imhoff. On March 19, 1970, he married Ada (Martin) Imhoff, who survives, in Goshen. William had been a farmer.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter: Bertha Imhoff, who lives at home; four sons: Eddie (Mary) Imhoff, Allen (Elaine) Imhoff, Ivo (Nancy) Imhoff, all of Argos, Ervin (Vera) Imhoff, Tippecanoe; seven daughters: Bernice (Thomas) Zimmerman, Waneta (Mrs. Matthew) Weaver, Wilda (David) Oberholtzer, all of Argos, Florence (Justus) Ramer, Tippecanoe, Ruthann (Elam) Martin, Wakarusa, and Rosily (Adin) Martin, Goshen; three brothers: John Imhoff, Holland, Ky., Samuel Imhoff, Sheridan, Mich., David Imhoff, Argos; six sisters: Lydia (Warren) Weaver, New Paris, Anna (Vernon) Rohrer, Dayton, Va., Leah (Eli) Martin, Goshen, Emma (Roy) Martin, Tippecanoe, Ida Imhoff, Goshen, Maryann (Kenton) Martin, Spencer, Tenn., and 52 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: Enos and Ammon.
Family and friends may visit at the home from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Sunday April 5 and Monday April 6. Funeral services will be held at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday April 7 at Tippecanoe Old Order Mennonite Church, Rochester. Burial will be in the Tippecanoe Old Order Mennonite Cemetery.
