Henry C. Justice, 75, passed away at 12:45 p.m. Friday, April 3, 2015, in his Warsaw home.

Henry, the son of Sim Jackson and Gracie Lee (Patton) Justice, was born July 16, 1939, at home in eastern Kentucky.

He graduated from Martin High School, Martin, Ky. In 1955 he moved to Warsaw.

Then in Warsaw on June 27, 1959 he and Velva Imogene “Jean” Rice were joined in marriage. She survives.

After 40 years of service, Henry retired in 2002 as a superintendent for the Holiday Rambler Corp. in Wakarusa.

Henry was a member of the Sons of the American Legion and the VFW Auxiliary. He enjoyed fishing, bowling and golfing. He was a woodworker and a gardener. Jeff Gordon was his favorite driver on the NASCAR circuit.

Henry coached Little League during the years that all four of his boys played and was proud of their achievements. He was “big on family” and enjoyed spending time with them; he especially enjoyed the grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, those left with memories to treasure are their four sons and three daughters-in-law: Marty and Cindi Justice, Winona Lake, Richard and Lisa Justice, Jeff and Mirna Justice and Terry and Jennifer Justice, all of Warsaw; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Elizabeth and Troy Jarrell of Dana, Ky., and Marie and Basil Ward, Cridersville, Ohio; five brothers and two sisters-in-law: Charles and Cassie Justice, Martin; Jimmy Justice, Warsaw; Kenneth Justice, Allen, Ky., Jerry Justice, Prestonsburg, Ky., and Paul and Wanda Justice of Allen; 17 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Henry was preceded in death by a sister: Marlene Hayes; and a brother: Sherrill D. Justice.

Family and friends will gather for time of sharing as they comfort one another from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 7 at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw. A service celebrating the life of Henry C. Justice will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 8 with Pastor Ed Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.

The family has asked that gifts in Henry’s memory be given to K-21 Health Foundation: Cancer Care Fund, PO Box 1810, Warsaw, IN 46581-1810.

The staff of Titus Funeral Home considers it a privilege and an honor to care for the family and friends of Henry C. Justice.
