Fair Oaks Farms Havarti

Fair Oaks Farms HavartiIndiana’s Fair Oaks Farms took home first place at the US Cheese Championship March 17-19 in Madison, WI. Master cheese maker Bruce Workman’s Havarti cheese was the champion.

Fair Oaks Farms Havarti Dill and Gouda also received second place honors, while the Smoked Gouda and Havarti Onion placed fourth. There were 1,892 entries of cheeses and cultured dairy products from 28 states entered in the championship competition.
