A new, first time event is coming from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, March 13, at the former Leisure Pool location 110 E. Main St., uptown Syracuse. Sponsored by the Young Entrepreneurs Association of the Syracuse-Wawasee Chamber of Commerce, it will feature ideas, art and libations and is called The Brew Tank.
Beer sampling will be just one of the highlights of the evening with local craft beer brewery Man Cave Brewing doing the honors. Creative Fish’s Kathy Boyts will lead an organized contemporary canvas painting project. Irish appetizers are complimentary and a cash bar will be available.
YEA Cochairman Kristi Martin explained, “The Brew Tank is a socially inventive community and business event. Our idea is to make this ongoing and available for team building in businesses, after hours social events, and organizations looking to host a fun, artistic, and inventive event. It is open to the public as a social meet and greet. Come brew ideas with your community!”
Limited tickets are available. Credit cards, check and cash will be accepted for the $35 per person or $60 a couple event. Syracuse chamber members can be invoiced.
