Lt. Gov. Sue Ellspermann will return to Warsaw on May 13 as the keynote speaker for the 2015 Republican Kosciusko Lincoln Day Dinner.

The event will begin at 7 p.m. at Champagne Jam, 2517 E. Center St., Warsaw. The cost is $50 per person.
