HAMILTON – The Lakeland Christian Academy boys basketball team saw its season end Tuesday night in the opening round of the Hamilton Sectional.

Host Hamilton downed the Cougars 61-32 to advance to Friday’s semi-final against Fort Wayne Blackhawk.

LCA was led by a 12-point effort from Connor Blum and received nice showings from Jon Harmon and Josh McDaniel who each scored seven points. Hamilton was carried by Colton Rove who scored a game-high 30 points for the Marines.

Hamilton moves to 5-18 while LCA closes its season at 1-22.
