Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

4:54 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, 4:54 a.m. East Center Street, west of North Harrison Street, Warsaw. Driver; Bobbie J. Castro, 38, North Harrison Street, Warsaw. Due to ice on the corner of the windshield Castro did not see a barrier pole around a fire hydrant. Damage up to $2,500.

2:28 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, Lake City Highway east of Parker Street, Warsw. Driver: Kailey M. Kitson, 22, West Street, Goshen. Hit deer. $5,000.

3:36 p.m. Friday, Feb. 20, East Center Street and North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Driver; Kyle D. Babcock, 52, Ringneck Trail, Warsaw, and Elizabeth M. Lorenz, 20, South SR 19, Peru. Babcock was forced out of his lane of travel by another vehicle, causing his vehicle to strike the Lorenz vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
