Tippecanoe Valley Community Adult Education Classes To Start In March

Several educational opportunities will be available for adults in the Tippecanoe Valley area through Adult Education classes beginning in early March.

Among the classes that will be offered are:

Drawing 101: Explore the basics of good drawing, contour drawing, shading and drawing with perspective with Brenda Ramseier. There will be four two-hour classes. The classes will be from 6-8 p.m. on March 5, 12, 19 and 26.

Magic and Mystery of Watercolor: How do you utilize color and mix paint? Complete a project using a difference watercolor technique. All supplies provided.  The class will be taught by Jan Ginther and will take place from 6-9 p.m. on March 3, 10 and 17.

Zumba, Zumba, Zumba: Ditch the workout, Join the party. Many classes offered. Each class is an hour in length from start to finish. Classes will be taught by Eva Rudd from 7-8 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. Each class costs $3 to attend.

Learning To Needle Felt: One three-hour session to learn what is Needle Felting. Construct a three dimensional critter with a wire armature, cover and sculpt with wool roving. Class will be from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, and taught by Jan Ginther. The class costs $15 to attend, but provides all the supplies necessary.
