SYRACUSE – After over a week off due to bad weather, Wawasee’s boys freshman basketball team was back at it Saturday. The Warriors, however, could not defend its home court in a 36-32 loss to Angola.

Wawasee’s Trevon Coleman led the team with 13 points while Dalton Pearish contributed three points and eight rebounds.

Wawasee falls to 9-5 overall and will visit NorthWood Monday in a makeup game from last week.
