ARGOS – The Triton boys basketball team outscored host Argos in every quarter Tuesday night.

In the end that added up to a 43-28 win for the visiting Trojans in the non-conference contest.

Triton led 10-7 after the opening period and 19-11 at halftime of the low-scoring affair.

Skyler Reichert and Jordan Anderson each finished with 11 points to lead the winning Trojans. Reichert also corralled seven rebounds.

Masen Yeo netted 10 points and Austin Sellers had six and seven rebounds for Triton in the win.

Triton shot 14-32 overall from the field, including 4-13 from distance. The Trojans had just seven turnovers in the win.

Vincent Stone and Drew Bollenbacher each scored eight points to top Argos.

The Dragons were just 8-34 from the file, including an 0-9 mark from distance.

Triton won the junior varsity contest 56-23.

Triton improves to 10-6 with its third straight win, while Argos falls to 7-9.

Triton plays at conference foe LaVille Saturday. Argos plays at Caston Friday night.
