5:39 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30, East Winona Avenue and East Smith Street, Warsaw. Driver: Dakota A. Denna, 18, South Caleb Court, Warsaw. Denna, who was westbound on Winona Avenue, swerved to avoid a collision with a vehicle stopped in front of him and struck a utility pole. Damages: up to $10,000
