Jan. 27

• John Paul Bird, 20, 3590 E 510 N. Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and failure to stop after accident. Bond: $450 cash.
• Heather Dawn Havens, 37, 1624 Hillcrest Drive, Spencer, arrested for being a habitual traffic violator – life. Bond: $4,000 surety
• Aaron Wade Lindsey, 34, 205 E. South St., North Webster, arrested on a body attachment warrant. Bond: $500 cash.
• Michele Sue Creech, 36, 9800 Denzel Drive, Syracuse, arrested for disorderly conduct-fight. Bond: $350 cash.
• Joshua Brant Hawthorne, 34, 3732 N. Prairie St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with prior. Bond: $300 cash.
