Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

• 11:42 p.m. Monday, Jan. 26, 3200 block West CR 150S, Warsaw. Jared K. Barrett reported fraud.
• 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 26, 4300 block South CR 1000W, Mentone. Shelly A. Bailey reported that her ex-husband refused to return her children.
