Ancilla College Hosts Blood Drive

Ancilla’s Student Government Association will host a blood drive through the American Red Cross from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday, Feb. 2.

SGA Faculty Advisor, Jill Neidlinger, along with President Jacob Burgo and many student volunteers are preparing and organizing the event. Students, faculty, staff, and community members are encouraged to come out to donate.

The event will take place on Ancilla’s campus in the Red Cross Bloodmobile in Parking Lot B. Register through Neidlinger or any Ancilla SGA member or register online at redcrossblood.org or call 1-800-RED-CROSS.

All donors will receive a t-shirt, while supplies last.

Ancilla College, part of The Center at Donaldson, offers 18 associate degrees and 10 athletic programs. Since 1937, the College has been a sponsored ministry of the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ. It is a small, private, liberal arts school in Donaldson. It is located two miles south of U.S. 30 on Union Road near Plymouth.
