• Joshua Scott Kierstead, 25, 118 E. South F St., Gas City, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $250 cash.
• Jeffrey Richard Bridgman, 23, 110 Owl Drive, Rochester, arrested for failure to appear. No bond.
