Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

11:54 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, West CR 1350N, south of North CR 500W, Nappanee. Driver: Kyle P. Mersch, 21, Bison Ridge, Nappanee. Mersch’s vehicle went off the road, slid into a utility pole. Damage up to $10,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

4:52 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 15, Husky Trail, Warsaw. Drivers: Patrick S. Johnson, 22, Kuder Lane, Warsaw, and Bryan L. Brown, 29, West Doe Court, Warsaw. Brown was westbound through the main drive of Martin’s Supermarket toward the exit, looking ahead for traffic and did not see the Johnson vehicle coming into the intersection. The Brown vehicle struck the passenger side of the Johnson vehicle causing it to spin and go over a curb. Damage up to $10,000.
