K21 Health Foundation would like to announce the implementation of an online application process. Beginning with the Sunday, Feb. 1 grant cycle, applicants will be apple to submit the entire K21 grant application online.

This change is effective immediately on the K21 website. Applications in both online and paper forms will be accepted for the upcoming Sunday, Feb. 1 deadline, but only online applications will be accepted thereafter.

Additionally, potential applicants are encouraged to begin the process of creating a grant account even if they have no plans to submit a request. This will allow more efficient processing when the need for a grant application arises in the future. Each organization will have one central account, though different employees from within that organization may submit applications using their own email address.

To find the link to begin your online account creation or for more information about K21, visit www.k21foundation.org or call (574) 269-5188.
