Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following incident:

• 5:19 p.m. Friday, Jan. 9, 100 block of Orchard Drive, Warsaw. Report of fraud.
• 1:35 a.m. Friday, Jan. 9, 300 block of Detroit Street, Warsaw. A van was reported stolen while the owner was getting food from McDonald’s.
