Rita Gayheart, 55, of Warsaw, Ind., passed at 11 a.m., Monday, Dec. 29, 2014, at Parkview Whitley Hospital Emergency Room.

Rita was born on Sept. 29, 1959, Warsaw to Leona Darlene Reed.

She had worked at DePuy Orthopaedics/Johnson & Johnson of Warsaw for 25 years. She was very artistic. She enjoyed painting, crafts, sewing, and all other seamstress work. She loved her grandchildren dearly.

Rita is survivors by her daughters: Donnelle Reed, Claypool, Ind., Rachelle Gayheart, Cromwell, Ind., Denise Gayheart, Warsaw; Parthenia (Brian) Mosier, Warsaw; 10 grandchildren; sister: Rhonda (Dana) Pyle, Columbus, Ohio; brother: Robin (Tina) Reed, Warsaw.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Rusty Reed and Billy Moore.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 1, 2015, at King Memorial Home, Mentone, Ind. Services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Jan. 2, 2015, at King Memorial Home, 101 North Tucker Street Mentone. Pastor Dean Ealey officiating. Burial will be at Harrison Center Cemetery, Etna Green, Ind.
