• William Marlow Douglas, 43, 4725 Belleville Circle 2, South Bend, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,500 cash.
• Sebastian Jarski, 34, 5707 Decatur Road 14, Fort Wayne, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $15,000 surety.
