• Breanna Arthen Hullinger, 18, 103 W. Pearl St., Syracuse, arrested for theft. Bond: $750 cash.
• Kamista Briann Gibson, 22, 600 N. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for theft with value between $750 and $50,000. Bond: $2,000 surety.
• Douglas Michael Holland, 45, homeless, Anderson, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $468.76 cash.
• Timothy Neal Swick, 31, 5699 W. Palestine First Street, Mentone, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $1,500 cash.
• Mickey Lee Winn, 52, 3529 W. 100S, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with prior. Bond: $300 cash.
