Dec. 22

• James Brian Wallen, 1681 Paxton Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear and a body attachment warrant. Bond: $10,000 surety and $500 cash.

Dec. 21

• Jason Michael Robertson, 29, 2639 S. Packerton Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia with intent to introduce controlled substance, driving while suspended with prior, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana. Bond: $500 cash.
