The head cook of Mentone Elementary School, Nikki Rutherford, was honored by the Tippecanoe Valley School Board during it’s December meeting. Rutherford is the recipent of the Pillar Award for outstanding staff.

The Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation has many wonderful individuals amont its classified staff who, like Rutherford, work very hard and receive little recognition.

Rutherford is recognized for her outstanding dedication and is currently in her 15th year serving Mentone students, staff and community.
