Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident reports:

• 12:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 15, 400 block Clinic Court, Warsaw. Prescription dugs were reported stolen from a vehicle in a parking lot.
• 9:47 a.m. Monday, Dec. 15, 500 block Chinworth Court, Warsaw. A battery was reported.
