Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 7:24 a.m. Monday, Dec. 15, North Union Street, north of West Pike Street, Warsaw. Driver: Alec N. Lee Haines, 17, 1510 Maye Street, Warsaw. Haines reported that he looked down at his passenger seat to pick something up and veered into a parked car. Damage up to $5,000.
