Associate Director, Kosciusko County Community Foundation
The Kosciusko County Community Foundation recently awarded a $15,000 grant to the Town of Winona Lake toward the construction of the splash pad at Limitless Park. The grant was made from community funds.
This grant brings total Community Foundation grant support, from all funds, for Limitless Park to over $36,000.
Limitless Park, when completed, will add a universally accessible splash pad and playground to Winona Lake Park. The park will be usable by people of all ages and abilities. Phase I of the project, the splash pad, is currently under construction!
The Community Foundation holds nearly 400 charitable funds.
Community Funds are the most flexible of those funds and are used by the Board of Directors to award grants to charitable projects serving Kosciusko County in the areas of education, arts and culture, recreation, civic projects, environment, health and human services.
Since 1968, Kosciusko County Community Foundation, Inc. has brought caring people and charitable endeavors together for the good of the community. The Community Foundation is a public charity, and gifts made to the Foundation are tax-deductible.
