Michelle Renee Heitkamp, 39, 1209 Estell Drive, Kendallville, arrested on two counts of failure to appear in court. Bond: $1,250 cash.

Tami Marie Zurzolo, 42, 3904 East Armstrong Road, Leesburg, arrested for driving with a suspended license. Bond: $300 cash.
