Adam W. Booher, 31, East CR 700S, Claypool, suffered an abrasion to his face, in a one-vehicle accident at 6:58 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 26. The accident was on North Lake Street, north of West Pike Street, Warsaw.

He was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Warsaw Police report Booher was driving north on North Lake Street and traveled too far over to the right, hitting a parked vehicle registered to William T. Alberding, Gilliam Drive, Warsaw. After impact Booher’s vehicle flipped over onto its side.

Damage was estimated up to $5,000.

Authorities are currently responding to an accident near the corner of North Lake Street and West Pike Street in Warsaw.

A truck driving on North Lake Street reportedly ran into a parked car, causing the truck to flip onto its side. According to a witness at the scene, the driver of the truck attempted to run away from the scene but was tackled by another bystander. The driver is being treated by EMS for a few minor injuries.
