Provident Imaging Center will combine an open house with a special Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours Event today from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at 1205 Provident Drive, Warsaw, next to Kosciusko Community Hospital.

There will be bountiful hors d’oeuvres and refreshments, live music by the Gentle Winds Trio, tours of the New Provident Imaging Center and a holiday giveaway.
