• Randy Joe Prater, 43, 3521 Lake City Highway, Warsaw, arrested for OWI with a BAC between .08 percent and .15 percent. Bond: $550 cash
• Zachariah Freedom Burk, 33, 201 E. Harrison St., Claypool, arrested for dealing marijuana – 30 grams with prior. Bond: $2,000 surety
• Tammy Leith Jasso, 43, 111 N. Tucker St., Mentone, arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor under 18 years old. Bond: $550 cash

• Joshua Frazee, 35, 1227 W. Broadway St., Alexandria, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $450 cash
• Jason Len Carter, 36, 220 S. 2nd St., Summitville, arrested on warrant. No bond noted.
• Frankie Lee Poe, 42, 320 W. Main St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,000 surety
• Michael Ryan Kneller, 35, 3675 S. Bruner Rd., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with prior. Bond: $300 cash
